In response to the growing demand for green transformation in Southeast Asia, eTreego and V-GREEN signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoU) to jointly promote the expansion plan of the charging station network, including the construction and operation of 100,000 charging stations by 2030. A licensed charging gun specially designed for VinFast electric vehicles, 200 charging guns will be deployed in the second quarter of 2025 and cover major cities in Vietnam and surrounding areas, etc., to provide local electric vehicle users with a more efficient charging experience, and this cooperation will Significantly expand Vietnam’s electric vehicle charging station infrastructure.
In addition, in addition to the expansion of infrastructure, this cooperation also focuses on other green initiatives, such as the development of carbon rights certification projects for V-GREEN charging stations, to further enhance the environmentally friendly value and continue to explore more cooperation opportunities. We also plan to increase investment in R&D technology to fully meet the development of the VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem, provide its necessary products and services, and meet the strong demand for green energy and sustainability in ASEAN countries.
