The association is committed to serving vulnerable groups, promoting adult education, lifelong learning, and cultural activities. As a nonprofit, the mission is to protect the rights of the disadvantaged and enhance social welfare.

 


Huashan Social Welfare Foundation

The foundation provides free in-home services for elderly individuals who are disabled, dependent, or have dementia. With 400 Community Angel Stations, the foundation serves nearly 30,000 seniors. Committed to "aging in place," "aging at home," and "community support," it offers dignified, respectful care.

 



Catholic Hua-kuang Social Welfare Foundation

Rev. Fr. Istvan Jaschko founded the "Hua-kuang Intelligence Development Center" in Guanxi, Hsinchu County, to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. Growing from 6 children to over 300 residents, the "Catholic Huaguang Social Welfare Foundation" was established in 2001, and later took over the Hsinchu County Comprehensive Welfare Service Center for the Disabled in 2007, focusing on respecting life and caring for the vulnerable.

 

Workshop

Ms. Ai Zhu has served in early intervention for nearly 20 years, assisting over 500 individuals. To support children after early intervention, she co-founded the  association in 2018, focusing on innovative and joyful training to help individuals with disabilities achieve independent living.

 

Happiness Social Welfare Foundation

The foundation primarily focuses on caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Its main goals include family support, institutional care, employment counseling, and community outreach, with the aim of helping people with disabilities lead a fulfilling and happy life.

 



Teacher Chang Foundation

"Teacher Chang" focuses on youth counseling, guided by the belief that "serving youth today means they will serve the nation tomorrow." Established in 1987, the  foundation provides psychological counseling, smoking cessation hotlines, and professional services. With 53 years of experience, the foundation continues to promote mental health and social harmony.
