Shaping the Future of Smart City Energy Management" project, submitted by the Institute of Transportation, MOTC has won the gold medal at the APEC competition. eTreego provided EV charging technology and solutions for this project. These EV chargers not only support the daily operation of e-bus but also lay a solid foundation for the efficient management and energy optimization of the entire system. This achievement underscores our leadership in the smart city and sustainable transportation sectors.
Our Vision
We are dedicated to creating a smart charging management system tailored for e-bus fleets, while also supporting public charging solutions for electric logistics vehicles and electric passenger cars. This significantly reduces the electrification challenges for fleet operators and EV owners, accelerating the realization of electrification and the goal of net-zero carbon emissions.
Taiwan's 2030 E-Bus Electrification Plan
In line with the 2030 e-bus electrification plan, the government has formulated and implemented strategies in four key areas: " Standardized Charging Interfaces," " Establishment of Big Data Platforms and AIoT Technology," " Cross-Unit Collaboration Testing and Deployment at Electric Bus Stations," and " Smart Charging System Subsidy Policies Promotion." These initiatives aim to help fleet operators optimize energy management, smart charging, and operational management of electric buses, speeding up the transition to electric buses.
Intelligent Transportation Solutions
eTreego’s intelligent transportation solution has been implemented at Taipei's largest e-bus station, equipped with internationally standard-compliant DC fast chargers, each with a power output of 120kW. Through an intelligent dispatch system, we achieve automated charging and dynamically adjust charging strategies based on vehicle needs.
